I switched to this gym 8 months ago and am very pleased. Modest sized space but plenty of variety of clean, new equipment and the staff is always friendly. If you are sick of the crowds and messiness of a YMCA/24 Hour fitness-type place, but not budgeting for a premium luxury Equinox-type place - I highly recommend Quality Life as a fantastic middle option.

7 years in the military, so Ive been to many gyms across the country. QLF is probably the cleanest and more professional gyms Ive been to! Staff is extremely friendly and sign up was very easy. 10/10 would always come back here when I come in from out of town.
