My nervous system feels more regulated. I’m feeling stronger. Instructors are seasoned and friendly. Love the music! And it’s clean which is a bonus.

Just right for someone that hasn't worked out in years

I love the idea of working out and that it's good for me but I am terrible at doing it on my own. By going to Pure Barre I have connections with other women who have similar goals, am held accountable to correct form and intensity from the instructors, and the schedule is flexible yet varied enough that I can almost always find a class when I want one. It checks all the boxes!
