I started going to Pure Barre in May and I’m so glad I did. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming, which made it a lot less intimidating to try something new. The workouts are low impact but seriously effective. I always leave class feeling stronger, and definitely a bit sore but in the best way. The instructors are so great about giving adjustments and I love the shoutouts. Every class is different, so it’s always exciting and never gets boring. If you’re looking for a fun workout and a supportive community, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!
