Pure Barre is by far the most efficient and effective full-body workout I've tried. Love how it combines barre, yoga, and pilates ... none of which I had experienced before, and all of which have improved my flexibilty, strength, and balance. That's why I've taken close to 1,300 classes! Upbeat music pushes you through the tough spots. I appreciate the fantastic teachers at St. Paul | Eagan. All are well-trained, motivating, easy to follow (even on difficult moves), and friendly. The studio is clean and well run, with a variety of classes formats and times. Highly recommend!

The owner and staff at Pure Barre are some of the most committed and friendly fitness experts I've ever met. They promote a positive, friendly and non-judgmental environment, and they have built a wonderful community. There are people of all ages and sizes and the only thing that matters is doing the work. Finally, as someone in my 50s, this exercise doesn't injure me or my joints, despite it being an excellent workout every time.
