I joined Psyko Fit Club a month ago and if you're on the fence about joining, hopefully this is your sign to do so. Psyko Fit Club provides early morning or later afternoon training sessions to fit your life/work schedule you reserve through an easy to use app. The workouts can be intense but safe & the Coaches can curtail workout circuits to your abilities, which takes the pressure away tremendously so you can focus on improving day in day out. The Group training sessions have always brought great vibes for all ages and gender. Coach Megan & Pete are awesome! P.S. You will have a new love/hate relationship with the song "Roxanne" by The Police (Thanks Coach Pete!)

Joining psyko for me has been a great journey in my life style. Learning new techniques ,strategies and meeting new people who have the same goals in life has me engaged in making healthy life style decisions. Thank you coaches for your guidance and time

I have been a member for 2 years and I have lost 60 lbs and I am in the best shape of my life. I would recommend Psyko fit club to anyone who asks me how I got in shape.
