Clear instruction, strong focus on form, and guidance that kept the strength block flowing smoothly. You can tell he cares about quality movement and pushing members to improve.The rower conditioning piece was perfectly programmed. Challenging, fast-paced, and structured so you never hit that mental wall. The 9 am class brought serious energy. The community here is strong and it shows.If I lived here, Id hesitate exactly zero seconds before signing up.
