Great gym with an amazing atmosphere and coach! I think trying any new gym can be intimidating but everyone here is so welcoming and wants you to be great!

Progress Barbell Club is hands down the best gym to delve into the world of Olympic Weightlifting. Coach David Garcia is an elite weightlifter with years of expertise, adapting his explanations and cues to each individual so that they can reach their own personal goals. The team is also extremely cohesive, which ignores the innately individualistic nature of weightlifting and creates a productive and fun training environment that makes me look forward to every practice. A membership also comes with gym access which lets my adapt my training schedule as needed which is a huge plus!
