Im not sure if this guy should be called Powerhouse Gym or the Gym that time forgot. Went into check it out and couldnt believe my eyes. So many broken down machines everywhere your eyes could see. Dont believe me? Check it out for yourself. The cost of the gym membership isnt bad at 40 a month. But what exactly are you getting for 40 a month? Old, broken down equipment??? Whats even funnier is the attendant then tells me that in addition to 40 a month, theres also an annual 50 maintenance fee!!!! I couldnt stop laughing. Maintenance fee for maintenance what? The owners lifestyle? Its certainly not going towards actually repairing any of the equipment. Elevator to the second floor is broken and I was told its been broken for years. Theres no handicap parking either. ADA compliance must not mean a thing here. Place has so much potential. Its huge. Absolutely huge. Manager and staff seem very friendly and I honestly felt bad for them. How do they look at potential clients that are interested in joining a gym and have to sell a membership with a straight face? Maintenance fee on top of it too!!! Get a paint job for the dam place at the very least!!I hope that the owner or whoever is actually running this place invests some money into it and isnt just milking it for whatever its worth. Its a shame to call this a gym with so many broken down machines. You know this didnt happen over night. For a franchise, its even worse. Usually franchises have a minimum standard that owners have to meet or exceed. Here, the bar was set very low. Maybe thats broken too.

I joined this lovely Gym little lessthen a month now,and the gym itself is very nice and comfortable to work out at, not the newest place tho but passable,However this is a sticky hand environment if you know what I mean,I had my phone inside my locker and since I went to shower after workout I forgot to lock my locker with a actual lock,and BAM just like that got back after showering both my phones (Buissness and personal) gone some thief ruined my day,Be extra extra careful of your belongings please even if its for 5 minutes that you look away,

I had a membership for 3 yrs and had to cancel for a couple months. I returned and they wanted to charge extra fees because I was a returning member.
