The staff are awesome and really do advocate for you but they're the reason it's a 4, if I had to rate the company as a whole it'd be a 1 just purely for the fact the way it's set up to charge you on everything in site and make it an obstacle to cancel your membership. 2 YEARS IT HAS TAKEN FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED AND ID BEEN CHARGED THUS WHOLE TIME AND KEPT GETTING HUNG UP ON AND SENT TO CALL NUMBERS THAT DONT EXIST OR ARE OURELY AUTOMATED!!!! THANK YOU QUAKERTOWN FOR YOUR HELP I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU IF NOT FOR YOU ID STILL BE GETTING CHARGED TO THIS DAY AS I HAD NO WAY OF GETTING TO THE BUILDING DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES

This gym is great place for workout. Friendly staff but I like Anna , the best. She guides people with machines how to use them and showed many the techniques.
