Hi To Whom it may Concern,My name is Adam Graves; I've been to Planet Fitness in Hyannis a few times with my friend Zachary Bednarek. He has me as his guest to be at the gym together as well as to use the equipment and amenities/shower. When my friend and I go to use the showers, we share one of the changing stalls for there is 4 showers but only 3 stalls to change in, so we share a place to store our valuables while we take our showers. My friend and I have valuables in there and we can't view the stall when we are in the shower, so I tried locking the door but it was impossible as there is nothing to close it with other then your finger nail. While I was trying to close the door, I noticed two people staring at me and went back in the stall with frustration. My friend heard me as I said "I can't lock it', he said "alright, I'll lock it" and came out of the shower to close the door for me as I went back to my shower, when he was closing it he found it odd someone was staring at him while he was trying to move the latch to lock it with his finger nail. Not sure why it's difficult to lock the door with valuables in your stall but that's not the main issue at hand right now.The issue at hand is the public defamation regarding accusations towards myself, and the way the situation was handled by the assistant manager who was at the time Jordan. As I was getting out the shower in nothing but a towel, the assistant manager was standing there and saying we need to discuss with you about your membership. I was confused because I don't have a membership. I waited for my friend to be ready to come with me to find out what is going on. When we approached the counter the assistant manager Jordan proceeded to tell me im banned from the place telling me 3 people saw that someone crawled under my stall to do larvicolous acts with me, to which I was confused and said nothing of the sort happened. He then told me he went to investigate and said " I saw sus shadows", and told me that I am a liar and will be banned permanently. I proceeded to tell him that was untrue and every time I said something the only words were out of his mouth were that I am a liar. He proceeded to call me a liar many times without even trying to listen to me at all, he didnt let me even try to defend myself from the accusations. I have reached out to corporate about this unprofessionalism and how Jordan approaches an issue.This accusation is extreme public defamation of myself, especially with crude evidence such as "sus shadows" and 3 witnesses whose word may not be valid if all they saw were my friend and I sharing a stall for our valuables, and if they did see anything under the stall apart from "sus shadows". Also, why didn't Jordan continue with his investigation after seeing "sus shadows", he could have knocked on the door to speak with myself (if it was myself) in order to gather real concrete evidence and to actually see if the shadows really were "sus"? Also it seems like my privacy was in a way invaded with how Jordan gathered his evidence by verifying if the accusations were true by looking under the stall at "sus shadows".How would this be resolved?My first review was responded with please respond here Social@planetfitnes, so I did. I never got a response back, so here I am again trying to get an answer. Here again sending yet another. I think I gave them adequate time to respond. So I will continue sending this out I get a response back. February 8th is when I sent this to them.
