No complaints. Worked out for 3 years here and never had any complaints. They have plenty of machines, so when they are servicing one, there is always another. Great gym.

I have been to a number of PFs over the years and this one is pretty disappointing. The facility itself is decent and has a the typical equipment for a PF, but the vibe is horrific. It is always crowded, which is not necessarily the problem. I recently moved from Washington D.C. and the PFs there were also always crowded. Here, however, no one has any gym etiquette and will hog machines and the weights for long periods of timeoften not even working out, but sitting around on the benches and texting or scrolling on their phones instead of doing their workouts quickly and moving along. If you ask to work in, people (guys usually) are super rude and act like they own the equipment. The staff couldnt care less and seem like they have zero interest in helping any of the customers. I am definitely planning to cancel my membership and finding somewhere else where I can actually get a workout in.
