I recently joined the Shillington gym! I have been to a lot of gyms and this one is by far my favorite! I am 65 and recently decided it was time to get back in shape! There is absolutely NO JUDGEMENT! The people are nice and the managers Kayla and Rebekah(sorry bad spelling) have been professional and so helpful! It is the first time I saw people vacuuming and dusting and making sure the spray bottles were full!! The equipment is good and there is plenty to choose from! There is a lot of traffic in an out of this gym and the staff, including Malik make sure you are always greeted and noticed! There is always going to be someone who is not happy but I assure you this place is top notch!

This place sucks!!! The manager Kayla, is not customer service friendly at all. She and her co workers are constantly on their phones. They don't pay attention to who is and isn't checking in, which in turn has led to an incident in the shower stall which had caused a health hazard to the publics safety at this gym. The owner needs to get this place back to how it was years ago by first getting rid of the smart mouth manager!!!

I go to this location every day and last night I waited to use the shower with the bench because of my disability. I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes inside the locker room to use this shower. I finally went to customer service and let the girl there know. She went back and told the lady she needed to finish up. After more time goes by...she finally came out of the shower, dry....not wet. Here to find out....she was shooting up drugs and I reported this back to the girl. She contacted her manager of which she never showed up but claimed she was in her way. There was feces inside and outside of the shower area, blood spots over the floor, and the cap to the needle!!! The PF girl came back and took pictures of everything, but never bothered to clean it up!!! I asked her if she was going to and she said no, that's my managers job. This place is run by a manager, (Kayla) who is always on her phone and hanging with her friends by the counter....she is clueless and cares less about what is going on. She has a loud mouth and some of the words she uses when she is talking to her friends is disgusting. Not a good look for representing the company. I will NEVER go back to the Shillington location again. The health safety of everyone is at risk with this type of behavior going on. The bathrooms are dirty and disgusting. Apparently, hearing from others who go here have told me this isn't the first time this has happened!!! This used to be a nice location with the former manager who really cared, but not anymore. SAD!!!!
