Sent my cancellation letter on the 4th, well before billing, and still got charged for the month. They waited until after taking payment to process it. Feels intentional and unfair.

Very clean, good atmosphere, very kind staff. Definitely one of the better Planet Fitness around!

Generally nice and clean, however for a place that claims to be judgment free the guy working at 10:30 on February 25th, 2026 is pretty comfortable making judgmental remarks when members backs are turned and he thinks they can't hear.My eyes may have been "glued to my phone" but I can hear perfectly fine.Not a great look guys.
