great gym with very good equipment and the coaches are phenomenal

Ive been going to classes at Pit Fitness Boca for around a month and cant say enough good things. The classes are challenging and always changing so you rarely find yourself bored and you are constantly challenged. The environment is very welcoming and the front desk/management takes the time to learn your name and connect with you. The thing that really sets Pit Fitness apart from other group fitness classes is the coaching staff. Every coach is incredibly invested in the workout. Every coach has their own style but the biggest similarity they have is that they all will educate you during the workout. If youre performing an exercise incorrectly, they are right there to teach you. At other gyms you might just be another member but at Pit, the coaches and staff take the time to get to know you and from there, they do a great job of pushing you to get better every single workout.
