I tried thus gym through ClassPass. Cody greeted me warmly and was very good at explaining everything and keeping an eye on me throughout the whole class. He adjusted technique, offered encouragement and kept upbeat the entire time. I really enjoyed it, even though I haven't lifted weights in years! It was great because everyone can be challenged at their own level. I like that they have 6 week cycles with "finals" so you can mark your progress and have something to work towards. What a great find!

Performance 360 has been a great experience for me. The workouts are challenging but doable, and they’re always well planned so you feel like you’re making real progress. I genuinely feel like I’m getting stronger and healthier with each week. Cody and Renee are awesome trainers. They’re supportive, pay attention to form, and know how to push you without overdoing it. Their energy and attitude make it easy to stay motivated and actually look forward to coming in.

Great gym. Cody is an excellent coach. Really good programming. Friendly vibe. Good class schedule.
