I appreciate the 24/7 cleanliness of this center, they do a great job with the upkeep. One of the cleanest gyms I've ever been through in my life.I do wish the big ceiling fans were on all the time, it makes a big difference with the air in the gym.Some of the machines could be updated/different or maybe replace the ones rarely used with more than one of the popular ones like an extra leg press/bench press?There are some great trainers there, mine in particular really can make a variation for ANY exercise, so not having extra/certain machines is a solvable problem with her in your corner. I highly recommend working with Bron if you have any limitations or have been out of the gym game for a while, or just want someone to bring life and energy to your training session! I have expanded my knowledge tenfold working with her and have ultimately started to create a more functional body. Hesitant to highly recommend this little gem as to keep it quaint but if you're looking for a clean and quieter fitness center in town, this is it. The 24/7 key fob access is also clutch.
