Justin was my personal trainer for a couple of years until I moved away from the area. I really miss training with him every week! Great one-on-one attention. Extremely clean facility and reasonably priced.

I love working with Justin! I have been doing personal training with him for over 2 years. I’ve seen great improvement; I’m stronger and more confident thanks to his overall approach to strength training. Ally is also amazing if you are looking for personalized help with nutrition.

Great little gym. Justin is a solid trainer who adapts to the individual. Coming off of several surgeries, I'm comfortable with Justin's recommendations. The workouts are excellent. The small groups are a real bonus!
