The team over at Parisi Speed School are exceptional. The sessions are always engaging and it is such a supportive environment. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve athletic performance and self confidence.

This training has produced measurable results for our middle school son. In a few months working with Coach Zak we are seeing significantly increased speed and strength - including some weight gain (which was one of our goals.) This program has kept our sons interest and he looks forward to his weekly classes. We have tried other programs for strength, speed, agility and flexibility. We have found more success with this program than the others. Highly recommend to any young athlete!
