I started my membership recently. The Pulldown machine's cable was too long to get a proper stretch. I left a note asking if they would be willing to shorten it. The staff took care of it immediately. I feel like the employees truly care about the experience of the patrons. I would highly recommend Palmetto Pump House to anyone looking for a gym that cares about its members and building a sense of community!

Love it. In Charleston for a few days and this is the perfect spot. No frills. Cool staff. Very reasonable day pass rate. No high-pressure upsells. Very cool vibe. Highly recommend.

If you're looking to get pumped, this is the place! Been working out here a few months and absolutely love it. The vibe is great...awesome colors, good music, and cool people.The equipment is great and they have everything you would ever need. All types of different bars, numerous platforms / benches so you are never waiting, and a good selection of machines.This is the place to workout if you are serious about lifting.Thanks to Michael for building such a cool place.
