The Outpost is a beautiful gym with all the equipment you or a youth athlete would need to get healthy and maximize performance let alone the unreal energy.Shane the owner is extremely passionate about helping people and training. His warm and welcoming demeanor is great to reduce the intimidation of going to the gym.His knowledge and passion for training shines naturally when he coaches. Which is exactly in what you want in a coach whether for yourself or your child preparing for sports!

The coaches are great, and everyone at Outpost Jersey Shore Gym is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They really cultivate a sense of togetherness, which creates shared motivation and helps everyone push further than they would on their own. I attended a push-up challenge and a lifting challenge that were done to raise awareness for male loneliness something that doesnt get nearly enough attention. It was meaningful, motivating, energetic, and a great example of how this gym is about more than just workouts.
