OTM Fitness

A great gym is a combination of friendly, encouraging members, and quality coaching. OTM has both. My class is a tight-knit crew; we feel a bit like family. When new people come to class, we all welcome them. Theresa Smith is our coach 3 days a week and she is outstanding. She is always upbeat, encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her drive and commitment are admirable. She inspires me to be and do better. I also cant say enough about the other coaches. They are the best. If youre looking for a fantastic place to help you reach your fitness goals, youve found it.

OTM fitness has been just what I was hoping for when I signed up, and beyond. The coaches are great and write a great program. It's a great atmosphere which I don't hesitate to bring my children around during workouts. The workouts are diverse, which helps to keep it challenging and fresh. 10/10 I recommend this to anyone looking for a new gym!

I truly love my gym. Ive been here for a year now, and its been such a positive experience. After spending 10 years at another gym that eventually closed, I found my way to OTMand Im so glad I did.Coach Theresa and Rachel are incredible, and the community here is supportive and welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is that the workouts can always be modified to fit whats comfortable for you, no matter your age. Best of all, Im staying strong and injury-free. Im really grateful to have found this place.
