This is by far my favorite gym. Friendly staff, motivating class structure, good incentives. Would recommend to anyone.

If you go for a free class, make sure you either dont get the monitor or make sure you dont forget to remove it once you leave. Otherwise, you will be harassed and threatened to charge your card for a device you have been in close communication with them about returning. First, the trainer or receptionist should not have let me leave with the monitor as I totally forgot it was in my upper arm under my shirt. Instead of threatening to charge me for it, perhaps train your staff and take it from their checks if a device walks away. Secondly, I informed them, first, l inadvertently took the monitor and would return it. Due to my schedule, it prevented me from returning as planned. However, I kept close communication of the delays. I thought communication resolves everything. Apparently not the case with Orange Theory - Murfreesboro. Orange Theory, take accountability and train your staff on circumstances as this to prevent making potential clients feel the way you made me feel - threatened and harassed.

Challenge workouts and you can workout at your own pace. After your session you have a sense of accomplishment.
