Five well-deserved stars for Orangetheory. I can’t rave enough about how wonderful Orangetheory Winchester has been. The coaches have been phenomenal! Each class is designed as a group, but you truly feel like you’re getting a one-on-one personal training experience. These coaches are well-trained and highly motivational. They have helped me push myself to personal bests and have even assisted me with modifications when needed. Not to mention, they’ve also helped me with my nutritional goals, teaching me how to stay on track. The facility is always clean, and the coaches are always there to help you.If you’re looking for a community of people who love fitness, you’ve found it here. You sign up for a great workout, but you get so much more.

The OT Winchester team is the best. This is an incredible facility that has helped me achieve a much better fitness level than I have had in many years. It is well run with dedicated support staff and attentive, skilled, and supportive coaches, that encourage you through a variety of workouts, whether it is a 2G, 3G, tread or strength specific workouts, or the myriad of special challenges that come throughout the year. If you are looking to increase your fitness with a dedicated team and a friendly, supportive environment, then this is the place for you. All the coaches are fabulous, but my favorite has always been Nicole. She has such a high level of energy, great knowledge of alternative exercises when dealing with an injury, explains all the exercises, and such clarity in her instructions which helps me work through the workouts. She is the best.
