Love this place. You see people of all fitness levels all working out at the same time. I was really worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or look silly walking on the treadmill next to runners. Not the case whatsoever. Coach an extremely knowledgeable and help you along the way and provide modifications as needed. And the community here is fantastic. Fist bumps after every workout. My husband and I are grateful to have OTF in our lives.

Orange Theory has the best team of coaches. The workouts are great and we’ve never felt stronger.

OTF has the best coaches! OTF workouts that focused on increasing elevation on the treadmills prepared me for hiking in Peru! I had no elevation issues at all, and now am working on training for Patagonia!!
