OTF has been the best way for me to stay active while working a desk job. It’s been the funnest way to start my days, I’ve just completed 150 classes!💪 the coaches are incredibly motivating and I leave every class feeling more accomplished!

Love starting my day at OTF Rockaway! I was looking for motivation and structure - that is what OTF Rockaway gives me. The coaches - Miriam and Al help me push myself and I always feel better walking out then when I walked in. The desk staff are always there to lend a hand with questions and do it with a smile! Thank you! I look forward to my workouts and love the results!
