The treadmills will ruin your hips, they use cheap treadmills unlike Barrys and shred 415. They also try to tell you, you'll get injured for jumping on the treadmill side rails but it's not for your safety it just because their treadmills are cheap and they break easily. Don't workout here it's a budget Barrys really.
