Had an injury and was assured my account would be placed on hold. Turns out they emailed me and requested a response. Ok, not a big deal, I was willing to just eat the 5 months of charges I just asked that they waived the ADDITIONAL one month charge. They refused. This was of course after failing to return multiple phone calls, and disputing the timeline of requests, before later agreeing what I said was true. But they were still not going to honor any of the previous requests anyway. This is a new manager. She called me a liar, turns out I was telling to truth, still no apology for that. Try a different location.

Great place to enjoy a coach led workout. All adult ages and fitness levels welcomed.
