Thank Aimee for the fantastic class! It is so lovely to get greeted by a cheerful and engaging staff especially when I am visiting from another studio.I will definitely be back when I come back into town.

My favorite gym A full body workout, with a coach readily available to lead you through it. The music pumps, and I always feel better that t feel went.It helped me learn how to work out properly, and meet some friends along the way.
