I found a workout place that keeps me motivated! The music is awesome and trainers/coaches are great! It is fun, different and I always walk out feeling like i had a great workout! Highly recommend everyone try it-for all body types and athletic levels!

I loved my first class. I felt verywelcomed I did not feel intimated at all. Im even signing up this weeknd. I felt great even two days after my class. 10/10
