Love OTF Merrick! Have been going to OTF for almost 4 yrs and this is the longest Ive ever stuck to working out. The staff at OTF Merrick is very friendly and inviting. The coaches are very motivating and supportive toward your fitness goals. I recommend everyone to try it at least once.

I never thought Id be someone who genuinely enjoys working out, but OrangeTheory Merrick completely changed that for me. The workouts are challengingin the best waycomplex but incredibly functional, and Ive seen real results: building muscle, losing weight, and feeling stronger overall. The coaches are caring, fun, knowledgeable and unbelievably encouraging. They push you while still making every session enjoyable.This place has truly been life-changing for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating, and effective fitness community!
