Much like most of the recent reviews, religious OTF member visiting from out of town and not a good experience. I travel for work, so I am visiting a new studio every other week, and this location is an outlier. Made it clear they weren’t a fan of visitors.

Terrible first impression and even worse customer service. My class was scheduled to start at 9:15, and I arrived at 8:55 specifically so I could complete the required intro since it was my first class. I was then told I arrived “too late” for the intro and would be required to pay the $20+ drop-in fee or I could be given a discount of $12 because I knew a member. How is arriving 20 minutes early considered late? What made this even more frustrating is that two gentlemen walked in right before me, also for their first class, and I highly doubt they were being charged the same way. The intro easily could have been done with all of us together, but instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The lack of flexibility and basic courtesy left a terrible taste in my mouth. For a company that claims to value community and first-time experiences, this was handled poorly. Because of this experience, I will not be signing up for any Orangetheory location. There are plenty of other fitness studios that know how to treat new customers better.

I was visiting Orlando from Atlanta and wanted to get a workout in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the lady at reception just stared at us until we told her our names. Her attitude and energy was very unwelcoming. There seems to be a lack of personality and coaching at this location. We left early and won’t be back.
