In Orange Theory I get in, get motivated by the enthusiastic coaches, work harder than I ever would on my own, and in one hour Im done! I came for the workout but also found a great community. Good people.The class schedule is many and varied. Something for everyones level of experience and time schedule. I love my OTF! Try it out.Very lgbtq friendly too!

I love working out at OTF studios whenever I travel. The KC downtown studio is clean and well maintained, and the staff and coaches are terrific as you'd expect. Thanks for the welcome!

I'm absolutely loving Orange Theory, when I started It was so hard,I promise it was, I'm so stoked with my progress, it's been a challenge,but I'm sticking with it and it's health beneficial, I'm so proud of myself weight is basically falling off ,thanks to my father God, my determination, my resilience, my perseverance and not giving up on myself, in becoming a better version of myself and to all the awesome coaches,thanks guys I love and appreciate you and the uplifting push
