ONCE I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. They made me feel welcome and helped me check in. Caroline and Madeline(??? I forgot her name sorry!!!!) were very caring! They made me laugh not ONCE, not TWICE, but multiple times! The coach was Madison and made the class fun even though it was challenging.

I have been a member since ~3 years. I wasnt feeling well but i drove to the studio may be if i feel ok i will join class. But i was feeling worse i asked the receptionist if i can be cancelled. she said then they will have to charge me 14 dollars late fees. I was present there. I said i can sign up for the class and then go . She said no you hace to attend half class atleast. This is my worst experience here. I mean i was not lying otherwise why would i drive 10 miles. I vomited but stayed for half class. I am so disappointed in orange theory

The front desk was very nice. However, the atmosphere inside the gym felt a little tense. I found the coaching style difficult to connect with, and didn’t feel comfortable asking questions or engaging fully.
