Ive taken about 14 classes so far and Im genuinely impressed with the coaching here. Ive taken many other fitness classes before, but this is the place where Ive felt the most welcome, which is why Ive chosen to stay and even commit to the Transformation Challenge after work. The coaches are attentive, encouraging, and really take the time to help with form and motivation. Special shout-out to Cherish, who consistently explains movements, checks my form, and helps me choose the right weights so I can challenge myself safely. The entire front desk and coaching team is consistently friendly and supportive, and it genuinely makes a difference. I always feel encouraged without feeling overwhelmed, and Ive noticed myself getting stronger and more confident each class. The energy is great, the workouts are challenging, and its a space that truly makes you want to keep showing up.

Ive been going to OrangeTheory for almost 200 classes, and I can honestly say it never gets old. I recently added my fianc hes a former football guy whos always worked out regularlyand he completely fell in love with the structure and the results. Same here! Theres something about working out together thats motivating, empowering and honestly, kind of sexy.The energy at this studio is unmatched. I absolutely love the teamJoey, Vero, and Miranda bring such positive vibes every single class. Coach Kevin really knows how to push you in the best way and get the most out of you.The Newport Beach location is hands down my favorite. I took two months off and missed it so muchit truly feels like home. OrangeTheory isnt just a workout; its a lifestyle, and Im so grateful to be back!
