Today I took a chance and didn't prebook. I was 2nd on the waitlist and thanks to Coach Melissa and the girls up front, Reina(Rayna?) and Tay, I was able to use the strider and heavy weights to still get a killer workout in! I am so grateful to these ladies <3

Used to be a member in Chicago, so I joined now that I'm in Vegas. Definitely a good cardio workout with tread, rower and weights. Can be a bit intimidating, but don't hesitate to ask for assistance. Everyone is pretty nice and helpful. Don't worry about keeping up with others. Just work at a pace that is comfortable for you and you'll gradually catch on. Equipment is always working and clean. Front desk is helpful and encouraging.
