This gym has extremely misleading and unfair billing practices. I completed their cancellation form while my account was frozen, believing my membership would end as requested. However, when I later unfroze the account, they claimed I was required to pay for an additional 30 days, despite the cancellation already being submitted. This feels like a deliberate tactic to squeeze more money out of members rather than honoring clear cancellation requests. The policy is confusing, poorly communicated, and ultimately unfair to customers who act in good faith. If you’re considering joining, be very cautious. Make sure you get written confirmation of any cancellation, because this gym does not make the process transparent or customer-friendly.

Management is awful… I tried to cancel my subscription 6 months ago and still have not been reimbursed …. DO NOT USE THIS GYM… In other cities I have been on monthly memberships or 10 packs and when I communicate over email or in person to cancel or my membership they do it…. NOT HERE …. Very poorly managed
