Joining OTF has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself and is now an important part of my overall health regimen. This is the only studio I go to, and I have nothing but great things to say. Michael, Greg, Meghan, Sharon, Kelly, and the entire front desk team are amazing—always welcoming and supportive. Coach Michael is a fantastic motivator who brings great energy to every class. The workouts are challenging, adaptable, and keep me consistent both physically and mentally. I’ve been coming to this OrangeTheory (West Windsor) consistently since 2023, and Michael and Greg genuinely care. I’ve tried personal training, yoga, and plenty of other gyms, but I keep coming back here because its home. Since 2020, my weight had been steadily increasing and I couldn’t figure out why. I had stopped eating the foods I love and exercising more, that seemed logical right? Earlier this year, I did an InBody scan and saw I’d gained more weight—especially body fat. Michael stepped in immediately and told me something I didn’t expect: "Nima, you’re not eating enough and you’re coming to the gym too much,” Michael told me. He rambled a simple plan that finally clicked: prioritize weight training first, then do your cardio, and once a week make sure you do powerwalking That advice was a game changer. I took a step back, adjusted my diet, cut down to 3–4 classes a week, found a nutritionist, and I lost 6 pounds just like that. Sometimes you just need coaches who actually pay attention. Michael and Greg sometimes in the day to day you don't realize the impact you made. Whether I am there or not, please know you made a huge difference in my life. THANK YOU!
