This ppl are just behind getting subscription and they keep charging you even if you tell them if you want to cancel the subscription, I will find a way to complain about them to labor department!

I'm sad to write this but it needs to be addressed.The facility issues are completely unacceptable.The HVAC is consistently not working and the studio is almost always too hot. The spring and summer months will be unbearable if this keeps up. This has been an ongoing problem since I joined.Today was especially concerning-the electricity went out mid-run, shutting down the machines and lights. It was incredibly disappointing that class was abruptly ended within 15 minutes and I wasn't able to complete my workout. This is not the first time this has happened, and with a busy schedule, it's not always easy to get to class, which makes situations like this even more frustrating.What's most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from ownership or upper management.There have been no updates, no apologies, and no acknowledgment of these recurring problems. These are controllable issues, and they are not being addressed.The coaches, staff, and members here are truly phenomenal. The energy and motivation from everyone make it such an incredible place to work out. The workouts are effective and challenging, and I have had such great results.That said, it's clear the facility needs major upgrades. If these issues aren't addressed, it will be hard not to consider other Orangetheory locations or other gyms in general.

Unfortunately, this gym has been operating in consistently unsafe and unreliable conditions. During HIIT workouts the indoor temperature regularly climbs above 75F and even above 80 degrees in the summer months because the air conditioning does not work properly. For a high-intensity class environment, thats not only uncomfortable but potentially unsafe for members pushing themselves physically.Another ongoing issue is the lighting. The lights go out multiple times a month, which often forces classes to be canceled mid-session. Its frustrating to show up ready to work out only to have class stopped because of facility problems.To be fair, it does seem like management is trying to address these issues. However, the same problems have been happening for the two years that Ive been a member, which suggests the fixes are temporary rather than permanent.Members pay for a safe, functional environment and reliable classes. I really hope these long-standing issues are fully resolved soon because the gym and the workouts themselves have a lot of potential.
