This place is amazing! From the sense of welcome that you feel when you walk in, to the coaches, to the equipment. Everyone shares a common goal, and is friendly. Coach Matt is incredible. He’s kind and caring and helpful. He creates a workout that caters to your body and your abilities, because we are all different. I highly recommend Oak Strength!

I can’t believe I didn’t start doing this sooner, the personalized programming and workouts have yielded results far greater and faster than I thought! Everyone here is so encouraging and the culture is a refreshing break from what I have typically experienced in other gyms.
