I cant recommend Nutrifit Wellness and Coaching enough!As part of a holiday trip to visit family in NC, I had the opportunity to join a class with Jamie at Nutrifit Welless and Coaching last week. My normal workouts are traditionally either cardio or traditional weight training. Jamies class focused on flexibility and what Im calling joint strength specifically for hips, shoulders, etc.Jamie showed me exercises that have significantly reduced chronic stiffness and pain in my shoulders that I can easily do at home or in my home gym. With my shoulder pain and stiffness mitigated, my workouts have been better, and Ive been sleeping better by just adding 10 minutes of additional routine a couple days each week.The atmosphere was low-key, and everyone was extremely friendly. If you havent stopped by to try it out you should!!

Great small town gym with great coaches. Has all the equipment you'll need with 24 hours access and great trainers if you want guidance from them. Highly recommend signing up for here.
