I’m new to NYSC and gym-going in general, but meeting with Pauly (personal trainer Paul Serra) was a pleasure as he helped me map out my fitness goals and expectations with ease. I’m actually excited now about getting in shape and having guidance and a roadmap takes off a lot of the pressure and work of sticking to it by myself. Thank you Pauly!
