I've been going to this gym about six years. Very reasonably priced and good amenities. Big fan of the sauna, excellent classes. I'm a big yogi and loved my classes with Sharon and Chris. Both very experienced and not paying for an overpriced studio. I love the Body Pump classes with Charles and Gabriella. It's a great environment to learn lifting as a woman. Republic is down the street and it's double the price with the same exact amenities...so I don't really see the appeal. Only downside is it can get pretty packed, which is why I do mainly classes.

This gym is great! I mostly use cardio machines, free weights, and the yoga studio. I never have trouble getting onto a machine, or into a class. Free weights are ample. With 4 yoga classes/week, I don’t have to stress about scheduling. Sharon is a very knowledgeable instructor, and I always leave her classes feeling peaceful and energized. This gym also has a wide array of resistance machines, a turf area, mats, personal trainers, a sauna, and a great water fountain. Location is very convenient, and the price beats local competition. 10/10 Would recommend

Pleasant staff. LOTS of machines. Personal and class fitness training bare also great.
