Pros: Decent gym has all the necessary machines to get a full body workout in.Parking is good.Cons:Hours: Awful and closes way too early. Imagine trying to exercise in the spring or summer while its still light out but you can't because the gyms closed. Most gyms stay open until at least 10 or 11pmDirty: Never seen staff clean anything besides the smoothie area. Members don't wipe down machines either.Price: Imagine paying 40 a month when you can pay 2x cheaper for another gym. Also they charge an extra 20 a month just to use the sauna! Sauna should be included in the membership

Great gym. Good selection of machines and free weight. Good atmosphere.

The amenities are excellent. I especially love the sauna. The hours work well for me.But the place is filthy. The mens locker room is especially gross and does not get properly cleaned regularly. The floors were swept once in my first month here.This place has a lot going for it and Ill continue to go myself but I think there is a lot of work to be done regarding cleanliness.
