New Trail Cycling & Strength

This is a small satellite space used for classes. The owners have managed to establish a very supportive, community vibe. The classes are excellent and the atmosphere is highly welcoming. If you are looking for lots of neon and branding, this isn’t the place. If you are searching for a great place to work out, I highly recommend RepFit! The main facility (Herndon) is focused on resistance exercise. There was a great mix of people there - from experienced to brand new. Again, the owners and staff met everyone where they are so that we each had a great session!

I’ve been cycling at New Trail since it ope ned and I have to say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only will you get a great workout, but you’ll also make new friends (something that is harder to do once retired). I’m always welcomed by the friendly staff and riders, and we sometimes go out for coffee or happy hour after. It’s wonderful being part of a community where we truly get to know and support one another. My favorite classes are the ride and strength combos, but I also love the 55+ group and rides. If you’re looking for a friendly, health conscious community, give New Trail Cycling & Strength a try!

This was my first experience with cycling/spinning classes, and it was great. The staff is most welcoming and helpful, the equipment works well, it's easy to make reservations and the overall vibe is positive. I'm glad that I found New Trail which had been recommended to me.
