Great trainers, great variety of equipment and amenities, friendly staff. Only wish would be a bigger stretching area and stretching classes, better access to TRX and racks

Attended the Zumba class taught by Joanna today....it was amazing!!! Great energy, a whole body workout with a motivating instructor that makes the hour go by quickly!

Ive taken a lot of fitness classes over the years, but Joannas Zumba class at National Fitness in Morristown is on another level. Its not just an amazing workout she inspires you to be your very best. Her energy is off the charts and completely contagious. If youve never tried Zumba, start with Joanna. Youll be so glad you did!
