NAS Whidbey Island Gym

Love this place. I go nearly everyday, the staff here are so pleasant and inviting. They clean up, change towels and always have equipment to borrow for whatever exercise suits you. There are different classes held each day that fits into most schedules. All are beginner friendly with options to change weigh as you progress. Hit the gym...it's worth it!

The gym is a decent size and the equipment isnt bad eitherThe building itself is a bit outdated and could really use a touch up in all spaces.Its a big building but seems really small on the inside, I dont really know how to explain it.There is 24h access but you must sign up for it, theres an upstairs with a few rooms and an additional workout are but with lighter weights.Parking is a hit or miss due to the people going to work at various buildings that is close by.All in all, the gym is ok.The female sauna works like McDonalds ice cream machineBut it the gym does what it needs to doThe staff (that Ive encountered) displays nice customer service!UPDATE!!!The sauna is back working!!!
