Momentum CDM is THE BEST. Bri & Teren run a beautiful, clean facility and know every member by name! Would give 6 stars if I could.

This is THE spot to work out in OC. From the gym, to the staff, even the nice lady that answers the phone, community is here in this gym and I recommend everyone to check it out!

Momentum CDM is the perfect local gym if youre looking for a place thats welcoming and has everything you need to meet your fitness goals. Owners Angela and Chris are true fitness enthusiasts and have created a space that feels like a second home. Theyre all about building a community, and it showswhether youre a newbie or have been working out for years, youll fit right in.The gym is super clean, with plenty of equipment, and they offer a good mix of classes that keep things interesting. Angela and Chris, along with their team, are hands-on, making sure everyone gets the support they need to reach their goals. Its just a great spot to work out, connect with others, and stay motivated.
