Kofi has helped me and my overall health immensely. For over four years Ive had to wear an arm brace for ulnar tunnel and one for carpal tunnel. After only one month training with him Ive been able to put the braces aside and my pain is gone.Momentum is different than any other fitness club Ive been to in that the trainers are ALWAYS ready and willing to help you reach your goals - even when you get to a point where you dont want to at times.Chase and Kofi are generous with their time and the positive vibes in this place are seemingly tangible at times. Ive been working with Jordan for a while now and its been a great experience. Hes consistent, knowledgeable, and really knows how to push you without overdoing it. Every week Im getting stronger, my stamina has improved, and I can see changes in my physique.He keeps the workouts structured but not overwhelming, which has made it way easier for me to stay consistent.
