Mission Fitness: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

I cannot say enough great things about Mission Fitness, the Coaches, and the Members. I knew I wanted to get back in the gym in order to start feeling strong again and regain my confidence but it had been so many years and frankly I was scared. I lacked motivation and the excitement needed to get going. Once I made the commitment to go, I felt so supported and was able to use the high energy of the Coaches to find my own internal motivation. The Coaches listen to what you are working towards and plan your program around your goals. They take the time to learn what motivates you. They are fully invested in your success and celebrate all milestones with you, even the small ones like showing up on a Monday. The other Members are a huge part of why Mission Fitness is so great also. They cheer each other on and push each other to stay motivated, all while having lots of fun. It is a safe, non-intimidating, welcoming, and fun space to workout. You will see gains and your confidence will soar! Best decision ever!
