Metroflex Mke: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

It's an old school private gym. Love the vibe, music choice was awesome if you forgot your headphones its like going to the club but at the gym. The gym is a bit small but overall i had a good workout session.

This is a 100% blood and guts gym that is a bodybuilder’s/weight lifters/ power lifters and gym rats ideal gym. The atmosphere is second to none. Awesome loud music that you can change on a jukebox style touch pad. My buddy and I were the only ones there on a Friday morning for almost an hour and for a hardcore gym is clean and has great equipment. Day pass is cheap and a great chance of pace to get motivated. Perfect use of the space they have and is a hidden 💎. Bodybuilder photos pictures all over, just awesome! 5 out of 5
